Refund Policy

How your plan works

Growth plans are monthly subscriptions. When you subscribe, your plan runs for the month you've paid for and renews automatically until you cancel. Your promotions run through the whole paid period.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime, yourself, from your account page — no email required. Your plan and your promotions run to the end of the month you've paid for, then stop. You can undo a cancellation any time before the period ends. Because you receive the full service through the end of the paid period, partial-month refunds are not provided.

When we do refund

If we end your service for a reason other than your breach of our Terms — for example, if we can no longer promote your account — we refund the unused remainder of your current month. And if you were ever charged in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after a completed cancellation), write [email protected] and we will put it right promptly. Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds go back to your original payment method.

The one thing we never refund for

Results. We report exactly what your promotions delivered, and we never promise follower counts or any other outcome — so a month's results being smaller than hoped is not a billing error. If the numbers aren't worth it to you, cancel anytime and pay nothing further.
